zc22 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the zc22 website accessible at zc22.app, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a real-money account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or non-withdrawable wagering funds credited to an Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, live dealer game, slot title, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by zc22 in accordance with its licensing obligations.
• "Licence" means the internationally recognised gaming licence under which zc22 operates and which governs the Platform's legal obligations to Players.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which accessing or using the Platform is illegal or restricted under applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of zc22, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, war, cyber-attacks, or network failures.

By accessing, browsing, or using the zc22 Platform in any capacity — including registering an Account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a Wager — you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You have read and accept the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your Account.

zc22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on zc22, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by zc22 for violations of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of zc22, nor an immediate family member of any such individual;
• You are not acting under a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period that remains in effect on your Account.

zc22 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

Each eligible individual may maintain one (1) Account only on the zc22 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds and bonuses held therein.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any of these details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials.
• You must not share your Account username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been conducted by you and you are solely responsible for it.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zc22 immediately via the live chat support channel.

zc22 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

In accordance with our licensing obligations, zc22 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and at any other point deemed necessary by our compliance team. The KYC process is a one-time requirement that, once completed, enables faster and uninterrupted withdrawals thereafter.

Standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, readable copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back);
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days showing your current residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits, confirming that the payment method is registered in your name.

zc22 may request additional documentation at its discretion, including proof of source of funds for large deposit or withdrawal transactions. All documentation submitted is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties except as required by our licensing obligations.

Pending KYC verification, zc22 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their pending withdrawal cancelled and the funds returned to the Account balance.

All Account balances on zc22 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits:

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically reflect in your Account balance within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are subject to standard interbank processing times.
• zc22 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made using a payment method not registered in your own name may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder during KYC.
• Verified withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 2 to 5 minutes of approval.
• zc22 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows may experience delays of up to 24 hours.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable; only real-money balance resulting from completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

zc22 offers a range of promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement — a specified multiple of the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) that must be achieved before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiple is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the Account without notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot titles. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only have one active bonus running at any given time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in the newer bonus being declined.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-wager limit applies as stated in the promotion terms. Wagers exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Abuse and Collusion: Any Player found to be abusing bonuses — including through collusion, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account permanently closed.

zc22 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such change does not retroactively affect bonuses already in active use by eligible Players at the time of the change.

All casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, and sports betting markets on the zc22 Platform are governed by the rules of the individual game or market in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the specific game rules prevail for that game.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. Confirmed bets cannot be reversed, cancelled, or amended by the Player.
• In the event of a game or technical malfunction during a round in progress, zc22 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's real-money balance. No additional compensation will be provided in respect of a malfunctioning round.
• Sports betting markets that are settled incorrectly due to a data feed error or human error will be resettled at the correct result once the error is identified, regardless of whether the original settlement has already been credited to the Player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within each game interface or betting market.
• zc22 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close any Player's account where unusual or suspicious wagering patterns are detected that suggest match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated betting activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zc22 Platform and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering using false, stolen, or third-party identity information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the Platform in place of a human Player;
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any zc22 support agent, live dealer, or other Platform user;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature — any winnings derived from an exploited error are not valid and will be voided;
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party, or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf.

Where zc22 closes an Account for any of the above reasons, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) may be returned to the Player at zc22's discretion, subject to the completion of full KYC and satisfaction that the funds were legitimately deposited.

zc22 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time via the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once reached, further wagers are blocked until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration. Upon reaching the limit, the Platform will automatically log you out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be accessed, deposits cannot be made, and wagers cannot be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for its stated duration and cannot be lifted at the Player's request during the exclusion period.

zc22 enforces strict age verification procedures and will suspend any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of underage access pending identity documentation review. We do not provide gaming services to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.

All content available on the zc22 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, promotional materials, and the zc22 brand name and mark — is the intellectual property of zc22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform software or content;
• Use any zc22 brand name, logo, or trademark without the prior written consent of zc22;
• Frame or scrape the Platform or any of its content for use on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, for which zc22 reserves all legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zc22, its directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses attributable to game malfunctions where the affected round has been voided and the stake returned;
• Loss or corruption of Account data, login credentials, or transaction records due to circumstances beyond zc22's reasonable control;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or Force Majeure events;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and banking partners;
• Any decision made by zc22 to restrict, suspend, or close your Account in good faith pursuant to these Terms or our licensing obligations.

zc22's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a greater liability is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

zc22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, zc22 processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account creation, management, and authentication;
• KYC identity and age verification in accordance with our licensing obligations;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and transaction records;
• Fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and security monitoring;
• Providing customer support and responding to Account enquiries;
• Sending account-related communications and, where you have opted in, promotional communications.

zc22 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as strictly necessary to operate the Platform in compliance with our licensing obligations. zc22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, zc22 will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect Players' rights — may be made without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zc22 holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and zc22 relating to your Account, any Wager, or any aspect of these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team via the live chat facility on the Platform. The support team will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first contact, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the dispute resolution body designated by our gaming regulator. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
